The Navy of the People's Army of Vietnam, also known as the People's Navy of Vietnam, is an arm of the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam. The Navy is a core force in defending Vietnam's national sovereignty over the sea.
According to the decision to upgrade modern equipment for the Navy, Hai Phong Navy has signed a contract to design a video conferencing system with Bao An Telecom. The project consists of 8 points using AVer and Polycom.
